Plans are set up as monthly or quarterly visits, but with flexibility built in. Many clients keep a running to-do list, and we schedule each visit at a time that works best. If something comes up, we can adjust timing within your plan to make sure your home gets the attention it needs.

We’re equipped to handle most home maintenance and repair needs, inside and out. From small fixes to more involved projects, Grant’s experience allows us to take on a wide range of tasks—so you don’t need to call multiple contractors. We will be honest if we aren’t capable of the job, and will recommend someone who can.

Yes! Most clients keep a running to-do list and we take care of it during each visit. We’re also happy to help prioritize tasks and make sure your time is used well.

Each visit includes up to two hours of task time - and he can get a lot done in two hours!

Yes. We bring all the tools needed for home maintenance. If a special part or material is required (like a faucet cartridge or specific paint), we’ll coordinate with you or help source it.

If it’s not listed, just ask! We’re happy to review any task and let you know whether it fits into a visit—or if it might require a separate quote or recommendation.

Yes! If you need extra help beyond what’s included in your plan, additional handyman hours are available at a discounted rate provided they are added on to a visit.

• Biannual – two payments per year, with a discount
• Annual – one payment, best overall valueAll visits are prepaid to reserve your spot, and you can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice.
