Yes! You’re welcome to create a list of tasks before each visit—or we can take the lead with our prebuilt maintenance checklist. Either way, we’ll make sure the visit is productive and your home is cared for.

Yes. We bring all the basic tools needed for home maintenance. If a special part or material is required (like a faucet cartridge or specific paint), we’ll coordinate with you or help source it.

If it’s not listed, just ask! We’re happy to review any task and let you know whether it fits into a visit—or if it might require a separate quote or recommendation.

Yes! If you need extra help beyond what’s included in your plan, additional handyman hours are available at a discounted rate for members. You can also request extra visits as needed — we’ll fit them into your schedule when possible.

• Biannual – two payments per year, with a discount
• Annual – one payment, best overall valueAll visits are prepaid to reserve your spot, and you can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice.
